Become a member

All are welcome in ESSCA and membership is now free!

An active membership in ESSCA entitles all adults aged 18 years and older residing in the ESSCA neighborhood a vote in ESSCA elections and on special issues that may arise from time to time. Membership is not required to attend meetings, receive ESSCA communications and notices or to participate in ESSCA-sponsored events and programs.

Membership must be renewed annually in order to vote.

Additional information: you can join as a member or renew in one of two ways:

  • Via voicemail: Call (443) 904-0743‬ and leave your street address, and the names of all adult members of your household, and any shared email address you may be using. We'll check your eligibility and call you back with your membership status.

  • Via email: Each adult member of a household should register separately with their own email address. To sign up to be a member or renew using your email address, use one of the buttons above or click here. We'll check your eligibility and you'll be notified by email of your membership status. If you have a shared email address, please email esscaprez@gmail.com.

Donate to ESSCA

While there is no cost for ESSCA membership, we welcome modest contributions (suggested donation $10) to cover our expenses for in-person and virtual meetings, printed and email communications, website maintenance and fun programs like ESSCAfest.

​

Note that ESSCA is a 501(c)(4) corporation, and as such, contributions are not tax deductible.
